I started sewing around seven years ago while working for craft magazines.

My favourite pattern at the moment is Friday Pattern Company Patina Blouse.

I live in the UK and love walks in the countryside and cooking a Sunday roast.

Sewing is a hobby; I work as a full time editor so tend to sew on weekends.

I usually sew in silence because I find it can take a lot of concentration!
